Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Shri Himanshu Kumar Gupta has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 29th October 2024 and Shri Rajeev Bhalla has been designated as the Unit Head of Birla Jute Mills and as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 1st November 2024.
