Cipla: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 5th October 2024 has allotted 28 465 equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
