India Glycols: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated 4th October 2024. Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with relevant SEBI Circular(s) kindly note the issue of letter of confirmation(s) in lieu of share certificates to the shareholders as per the letter attached.
