Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 to be approved and adopted in the 29th (Twenty-Ninth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on September 27 2024 at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means.In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 is also being sent through electronic mode to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Companys RTA or Depository Participant(s).This Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.bectorfoods.com.
