Kennametal India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Credit Rating

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that India Ratings & Research (the "Credit Rating Agency") vide their report dated October 21 2024 have assigned Kennametal India Limited (the "Company") a Long-Term Issuer Rating of IND AA- and the Outlook is Stable. The copy of the rating report dated October 21 2024 issued by the Credit Rating Agency is enclosed herewith.
