Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform that Mr Ramesh Kumar Chokhani (DIN: 00582700) and Mr Ajaykumar Ramnayan Vishwakarma (DIN: 06991167) has completed their second term as Independent Directors w.e.f 20th September 2024 and ceased to be Independent Director of the Company thereafter.
