Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find attached herewith Postal Ballot Notice send electronically to all the members of the Company on 2nd November 2024 seeking their consent vide Special Resolutions on the matter set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. Further the Postal Ballot Notice has been sent electronically to all the members whose name appear in the list of members as on closure of business hours on Friday 25th October 2024 (cut-off) and who have registered their email address with Depositary Participants /RTA of the Company. The Company has engaged the service of Central Depositary Service Limited (CDSL) for providing e-voting facility to its members. The e-voting period will commence on Sunday 3rd November 2024 at 9:00 A.M (IST) and end on Monday 2nd December 2024 at 5:00 P.M (IST).
