The Trading Window for all the designated person defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 in terms of the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from Tuesday October 01 2024 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.Accordingly all connected persons / designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 will be informed in due course.
