India Glycols: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 kindly note that the information for loss of Share Certificate(s) have been received from shareholders as per the letter attached.The Letter of Confirmation(s) in lieu of physical Share Certificates shall be issued after completion of necessary formalities as prescribed.
