TRIVENI ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Companys Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday November 5 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended on September 30 2024. Further as informed earlier vide our letter dated September 26 2024 pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from October 1 2024. The window shall continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after submission of outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges and shall re-open on November 8 2024.
