Wockhardt: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to the requirement of the Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform the Stock Exchange that our RTA has intimated about receipt of the Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of the original Share Certificate reported lost/misplaced.
