This has reference to our letter No. SECY/GRSE/BD-69/29/2024 dated 18 Sep 2024. In terms of Reg 30 SEBI LODR 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has signed Contract for Construction and delivery of one of the four additional vessel 7500 DWT Multi-Purpose Vessels. The Contract for the remaining three vessels will be communicated as and when they are finalized. There has been no change in the Financial Implication of the Order/ Contract.Further we are also enclosing herewith copy of the Press Release on the aforesaid Contract.
