Dynacons Systems & Solutions: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that as per Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons in terms of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading window of the Company i.e. Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited shall remain closed from October 01 2024 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited results of the Company(both days inclusive) for the quarter/half-year ended on September 30 2024
