Outcome of Board Meeting held on 29th October 2024 - Upon recommendation of the NRC Committee the Board of Directors of the Company has reappointed Mr. Kaushik Roy (DIN 06513489) as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years effective from 5th February 2025 to 4th February 2028 (both days inclusive).
