Sunrise Asian Ltd, vide its letter dated July 15, 2016, has informed BSE that the Company has in its Board Meeting held on March 21, 2016 approved the change in Registrar & Transfer Agent from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited to M/s Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
In furtherance to the said resolution, Company entered in to a tri-partied agreement between the Company and its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Skyline Financial Services Private Limited dated April 01, 2016. The said agreement was placed before the Board in its meeting held on May 30, 2016.
