Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23rd September 2024 to 29th September 2024 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of determinig the eligible shareholders for the evoting at the AGM and 20th September 2024 will be the Record Date for the payment of Dividend subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
