Chalet Hotels: Intimation Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ('Listing Regulations')

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the Company has received an Order from the GST Department - Telangana State under Section 73 of the GST Act with a demand aggregating to Rs.3.89 Million (including a penalty of Rs.0.35 Million). The said demand pertains to the Financial Year 2019-20.
