Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Audited Financial Statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year (Fifteen months period) ended March 31, 2016.
2. Statement of audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year (fifteen months period) ended March 31, 2016 as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
In this connection, as per the Company?s Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from May 05, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
