We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today (i.e. 7th November 2024) has inter-alia considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September 2024. The Financial Results approved by the Board along with the Limited Review Reports of Statutory Auditors of the Company over the said financial results are enclosed herewith.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3:20 P.M. and concluded at 3:45 P.M.
