Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Piyush B. Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company on September 9 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11 2023 are attached as Annexure A to the letter submitted herewith.
