Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to SEBIs order dated March 22, 2016, the Company has appointed M/s. N. L. Bhatia and Associates, Company Secretary, to carry out audit of Companys records of last 10 years maintained by M/s. Sharepro Services in their capacity as Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company.
The Company have been informed by the said auditors that they are not in a position to complete the audit as M/s. Sharepro has not made available all the records required for audit. It is also found that majority of the employees have left the services there. In view of this, completion of audit of records of ten years will take some more time.
