This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities ("the Companys Insider Trading Code") in connections with the Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter of financial year 2024-25 and half year ending on September 30 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "Un-Audited Financial Results") the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from October 1 2024 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results.Accordingly all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities off the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
