Pursuant to regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (LODR) 2015 this is to inform that the Company has successfully implemented the 1st phase of Flanges product plant. Further to inform you that the Company is in implementing phase of carbon steel plant and it will be completed by April 2025.Above projects are expanded with internal capacity and are self-funded. The Company will keep updating material developments on a regular basis.
