This is to inform you that pursuant to the application filed under section 96 of the Companies Act 2013 by the Company for seeking extension of time for holding the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2024 the Registrar of Companies Mumbai Ministry of Corporate Affairs Govt. of India ("ROC") vide its order dated September 28 2024 granted its approval for extension of time for holding the AGM. A copy of the order issued by ROC is enclosed herewith.
