Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has inter alia approved the allotment of 59 722 Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/- each under the Godrej Industries Limited - Employee Stock Grant Scheme 2011. The above 59 722 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects including dividend entitlement.
