Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that the NRC of the Board of Directors of the Company on Monday October 28 2024 have approved allotment of 44 270 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the option grantees upon exercise of the options vested with them under SWREL ESOP Plan at the exercise price of Rs. 238/- per share
