Hero MotoCorp: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 we wish to inform that the Company will issue the Letter(s) of Confirmation / Entitlement Letter(s) to the respective shareholders in lieu of original share certificate reported to be lost / misplaced / to be exchanged by them as per enclosed Annexure.
