The Shareholders of Rallis India Limited (the Company) had at its 75th Annual General Meeting held on June 15 2023 approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhaskar Bhat (DIN:00148778) as Director of the Company up to and inclusive of August 29 2024 as per the retirement age policy for Directors of the Company.Accordingly we wish to inform you that Mr. Bhaskar Bhat ceases to be the Director and the Chairman of the Company with effect from August 30 2024.
