As your good self is aware that Jet Airways (India) Limited was undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and subsequently the Resolution Plan submitted by the consortium of Mr. Murari Lal Jalan and Mr. Florian Fritsch was approved by the Adjudicating Authority. As per the terms of the approved resolution plan a Monitoring Committee was constituted to oversee the implementation of the resolution plan which is currently ongoing.This is to bring to your notice that the aforesaid Resolution Plan is under implementation stage accordingly the Company was not in a position to convene and conduct its Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23 on or before September 30 2023. The Company had therefore applied for extension of time for conducting its AGM before the Registrar of Companies Mumbai by filing Form GNL-1. The ROC has considered the request favourably and granted extension of time for a period of 1 month and 45 days to conduct the AGM of the Company.
