The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Riddhi Corporate Services Limited (the company) is scheduled to be held on Saturday 28th September 2024 at 11.00 a.m. at registered office of the company.iii. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd September 2023 to 28th September 2023 iv.
