Bharat Rasayan: Board recommends Final Dividend

Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30 2023 inter alia has decided to recommend a final dividend @15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per equity on the fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31 2023.
