Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Part D of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that CRISIL Ratings Limited a Credit Rating Agency has assigned the credit ratings on the long term and short term bank facilities of the Company. The ratings received from the Agency is enclosed and also will be made available on the Companys website.
