In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform you the following:Mr Devesh Saraf (DIN: 07778585) has tendered his resignation as a Non- Executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on 18th September 2024 due to other commitments and personal reasons.The information in regard to the above mentioned in terms of Regulation 30 read with the Para A (7C) of Part A of Schedule III - of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is enclosed as Annexure 1.The letter of resignation received from Mr Devesh Saraf is enclosed as Annexure 2
