(IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).Further in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India the Company is offering facility of remote e-voting and e-voting facility during the AGM to all the shareholders of the Company in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 36th AGM. For this purpose the Company has engaged Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. as its Authorised Agency.Kindly take the same in your records.
