Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting has approved alteration of Object Clause 3 (B) and Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
