Chhawchharia & Co Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number : 305123E) Statutory Auditors of Material Subsidiary Company have tendered their resignation vide their dated November 5 2024 informing their inability to continue as Statutory Auditors of a Material Subsidiary Company namely IOTA Mtech Limited for the reasons specified in the resignation letter. A copy of the resignation letter dated 5th November 2024 with annexure as received from M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number 305123E) is attached herewith.
