This is to inform the stakeholders that an application has been filed before the Honble NCLT by the Successful Resolution Applicant seeking certain modifications to the Extension Order. In this regard we hereby inform you that the application was listed before the NCLT today and has been adjourned to August 8 2024. We are awaiting a copy of the order and shall keep the Stock Exchanges updated on the matter.
