Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the newspaper advertisement of the Notice given to shareholders requesting them to claim the unpaid/ unclaimed final dividend for FY 2016-17 on or before October 29 2024 failing which the shares in respect of which dividend has remained unpaid/ unclaimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive years or more from the date of its transfer to Unpaid Dividend Account and the unpaid/ unclaimed final dividend amount for FY 2016-17 shall be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
