Tai Industries: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Appointment Of Additional Independent Directors Of Tai Industries Limited ("The Company")

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulation we hereby inform you based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors of the Company has on 12th August 2024 appointed Ms. Sucharita Moitra DIn - 10723936 Mr. Abhrajit Dutta DIN - 00546556 and Mr. Omar Mubashir Kidwai DIN - 10723936 as additional Directors ( Non- Executive Independent) of the Company for an initial term of 5 years i e. upto 11th August 2029 subject approval of the shareholders to be obtained at the ensuing General Meeting. The required details pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed herewith as annexure - I.Kindly take the same on record.
