This is to inform that fine aggregating to Rupees 9 80 930/- had been imposed on the Company by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs due to technical glitch upon transmission of data from DGFT portal to ICE GATE portal electronically on 23rd August 2024 through the eCommerce portal. Post that the concerned team was analysing the details of the fine imposed by the authorities. Hence the disclosure was made on 26th August 2024. We reiterate in good order that there is no material impact on financials operations or other activities of the Company. Trust the above clarifies. The Company ensures timely submission of required disclosures.
