JM Financial Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement to the Public Shareholders of AAVAS Financiers Ltd ("Target Company") in terms of Regulations 3(1) and Regulation 4 read with Regulation 13(4) Regulation 14(3) and Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 as amended.
