Global Offshore Services: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuance to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company had issued duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the Original Share Certificate upon request from shareholder which are reported lost / misplaced.
