Sub: Notice of Postponement & rescheduling of the Board Meeting and Closing of Trading Window.
With reference to our earlier letter dated 09th October 2021 regarding intimation of date of Board Meeting which was earlier scheduled to be held on Monday 18th October 2021 to approve inter alia Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2021 we hereby inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been postponed and rescheduled on Wednesday 17th November 2021.
Further pursuant to Insider Trading Code of the Company kindly note that trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives have already been closed and will be reopened after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the pending audited/unaudited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
