Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the NRC the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on August 14 2024 has considered and approved the re-appointment including remuneration of Mr. Chander K. Baljee (DIN: 00081844) as Managing Director of the Company for a furhter period of 5 years with effect from April 01 2025 to March 31 2030 at current/same remuneration (detailed in Annexure A) for a period from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2028 subject to approval of shareholders.The deailes as required under reg. 30 is given in Annexure A.Kindly take the above information in your records.
