Morarka Finance: Closure of Trading Window

As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in Companys securities would be closed for all designated persons and their relatives from Tuesday October 01 2024 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.
