The Indian Hotels Company: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations)

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we hereby submit the disclosure regarding the Corrigendum Order passed by Office of the Superintendent CGST Range - III Udaipur Rajasthan increasing the penalty from Rs. 40000 to Rs. 75 378 in terms of Section 73 (9) of CGST Act 2017 read with Rajasthan GST Act 2017 and Section 20 of IGST Act 2017.
