Sindhu Menon is attached along with the intimation.The Board of Directors of the Company based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today i.e. on July 18 2024 has appointed Shri Praveen Baser as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 19 2024.
