Asian Paints: Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting In Accordance With The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Financial Results & Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have inter alia approved the audit standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024; and payment of interim dividend of Rs. 4.25 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending 31st March 2025.
