The Indian Hotels Company: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations)

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we hereby submit the disclosure regarding the Order passed by Office of the Superintendent CGST Range-III Udaipur Rajasthan levying a penalty Rs 20 000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) in terms of Section 73 (9) of CGST Act 2017 read with Rajasthan GST Act 2017 and Section 20 of IGST Act 2017.
