Diffusion Engineers: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for quarter and nine month ended December 31 2024.
